I work at GSK, analysing single-cell and bulk transcriptomic data to help identify therapeutic targets and understand disease biology. My work combines computational analysis, pipeline development and the evaluation of emerging technologies, with a focus on turning new methods into robust, high-throughput approaches for drug discovery.

My previous academic research focused on circadian and evolutionary biology in the brain. During my PhD, I used transcriptomics to investigate daily patterns of gene activity in the mouse suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN), the body’s circadian pacemaker. As a postdoctoral researcher, I studied how gene co-expression networks in the brain are conserved or diverge across species.
